Our Story

We built the HR tool we wished we had

Running a small team means wearing a lot of hats. You’re hiring, onboarding, tracking leave, running reviews, managing documents — and somehow still trying to do the actual work your company exists for.

We looked at the HR tools available and found two extremes: enterprise platforms with hundreds of features, long onboarding processes, and pricing that assumed you had 500+ employees — or basic spreadsheets and cobbled-together free tools that fell apart as the team grew.

We believed there should be something in between — a platform that covers everything a 5 to 200-person team actually needs, with none of the features they don't.
